Preschool Fall Festival

Every year, Kendall's preschool has a huge Fall Festival. Each family brings a blanket and a picnic lunch, and they have games, a firetruck, prizes, and a huge raffle. It was HUGE! I was so impressed and Kendall had a blast!

The kids did a performance and sang a bunch of songs. I have no clue why Kendall was facing the wrong direction the whole time though!

Pinkalicious!

The Valley Youth Theater here was putting on the "Pinkalicious" show, based on the super cute children's book that Kendall loves. Kendall even took a "Pinkalicious" class through the city of Chandler last year! She loves this book. We went with some of Kendall's friends, meeting for lunch and then went to the show. It was a small theater and the girls all LOVED the show. It was put on by young children and they were SO good! After the show, the actors came out into the lobby so the kids could meet them. Kendall acted like she was meeting famous movie stars or something! She was so excited.

The whole day was sooo fun for everyone. Michella and I were both saying that it was definitely at the top of our list as one of our best days as a mother. It made me so happy to have my two little girlie daughters.

Mother Nature's Farm Pumpkin Patch

Halloween and October mean it's time for the annual visit to the pumpkin patch! Mommy and daddy took Kendall to Mother Nature's Farm one Saturday for some fall fun! However, it was SO hot that day, and we couldn't stay too long b/c Keira was so hot. It was a lot of fun there though!

Busy October!!

October has been SUCH a busy month, here are some random pictures from throughout the month that I took:

Poor Kendall went crazy being stuck at home while baby Keira was still brand new. I tried to do what I could to keep her occupied, including getting her "moon dough". Which is a COMPLETE waste of money. It's such a mess and falls apart into little pieces. She did have fun with it, but we will stick with regular play dough from now on!

Kendall had "transportation day" at school, where they each brought a vehicle to school and decorated it. Then they had a parade for the mommies! It was SO cute. Of course, princess Kendall was the only one in a motorized vehicle! lol!

My wonderful friends helped me out SO much by taking Kendall to do fun things when I still couldn't manage leaving the house with a newborn. Kendall had so much fun with her friends! And I am so thankful for my wonderful friends!!
